Sending renewal notices

The system offers a feature that allows you to send renewal notifications to your membership. To access this feature, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the View Registrantssection, where you can view the information of your registered participants.
  2. Click the "Renewal Notices" button.

  3. In the "Renewal Notices" pop-up, you can choose from the following options to send notices:

    1. Expired members: Send notices to members who are expired.
    2. Expiring in <15 days: Send notices to members whose expiration is less than 15 days away.
    3. Expiring in <30 days: Send notices to members whose expiration is less than 30 days away.

  4. Click the "SEND NOTICES" button.

You can customize the renewal email by following these steps:

  1. Go to your "My Members" page.
  2. Click on "Options" button and "Edit Settings" menu item.
  3. Click on the "Edit Information" button next to "01: General Information".
  4. Click on the "Custom Messages" button.
  5. Click on the "Renewal Email" tab.
